Tribute to African Guitarrists / Tributo a Guitarristas Africanos

In this album, Luis arranges fingerpicking guitar songs from various African artists and creates new lyrics.

"This album is a tribute to African guitarists from the 1940s to the 1960s. During 2001-2004, I collected many fingerpicking songs by African guitarists from various locations, mainly from Eastern and Southern Africa. Later, I created lyrics in Spanish even if they were not related to the topics or literal translation of the songs. The album includes many original songs inspired by the mentioned African guitarist. As a result, this album aims to value the immense cultural and musical heritage from African guitarists that later inspired many of my songs."
