about

English version:
Middle Passage refers to the forced migration by millions of slaves since the 14th century. In this dramatic journey, many musical styles were created such as rumba or poetic styles like decimas. This album is dedicated to all those who are still alive in the intangible heritage of these songs. 'Middle Passage' evokes an imaginary place between Spain and South Africa, a journey that I have made frequently during the last decade.

This album evokes an imaginary place in the Ocean, a place where round-trip songs continue being composed.
